Contact us by email. You do not need a Taku account to submit a request. Include only the information needed to locate your account or the content. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive attachments.
- Access, correction or other privacy request

- Copyright notice or counter-notice (Service Terms Appendix B)
- Report a nonconsensual intimate image or video (Service Terms Appendix D)
- Content report or appeal
- Billing or refund request
For content reports, provide the exact URL or listing identifier and describe the issue. See the Service Terms and appendices for notice requirements and the Privacy Policy for verification and retention. An email submits a request; it does not itself delete data or confirm that processing has stopped.
To cancel a subscription, use the cancellation control in your account. If you cannot access it, email us to request cancellation. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
